| All ATC caregivers are employees of ATC. Our hiring process consists of a series of face-to-face interviews, a criminal background check and reference checks. Every employee must have current CPR certification, a current physical, and current TB screening; and must pass a competency evaluation for their position. ATC assumes responsibility for wages, payroll taxes, and liability insurance.
